You are clueless if you think Due Process is an administrative issue here not a legal one. Keep in mind I am fine with deporting Garcia as an illegal alien once he has had Due Process. But skipping due process in any circumstance opens the door to all kind sof abuses, some of whcih we are obviously already seeing.
