Apropos of nothing; but back in the day the St.L Cards & the Chiefs played for the Governor's Cup every year. For a few years, '80, '81, maybe '82 they played that game during the preseason here in Columbia up on the Mizzou practice fields and you could stand on the sidelines and sorta hang out with the players. I remember standing next to Stump Mitchell and being surprised by how short he was...I'm 5' 9" and I was a good 3 or 4 inches taller than him, even in his pads and cleats. (listed at 5' 9" in his Wikipedia page) Having said that, he basically was dazzling that day when he got the ball.
