A lot of the EOs Trump is signing that are getting challenged, should have come from Congress.

Democrats are going to keep challenging whatever they can in courts because of this.

And it is going to ultimately hurt the GOP in mid terms because of optics. An ineffective GOP Congress, a President that is writing EOs that keep getting challenged with some or many struck down.
