so. Heartrate went above 200 and stayed there for hours. They had to do the electrical cardioversion which is not fun.

They said "ok - you are going to feel really really bad here in about 5 seconds...and sure enough it really sucked."

But it reset my heartrate. That was not fun. I was running when it happened, and limped back to my pad to call an ambulance
