KCMO because it's a shìthole. They were all happy gentrifying neighborhoods so they could feel good about themselves....and then they started having kids and came to the realization they would have to send them to KCMO schools unless they popped for private schools like St. Paul's or St. Peters.
It became easier to sell and move to the Shawnee Mission School District while living in a Prairie Village starter home.
And they keep voting Democrat even though those Dem policies are what drove KCMO into the dirt.
