possible to not be a relativist. Humans are not capable of grasping any sort of objective reality. Every human is limited by the culture around them and their experiences that shapes their understanding.

I mentioned in this thread or somewhere else, that even up until Luther’s time, in his Exhortation to the Clergy to Preach Against Usury, charging interest was a sin. But now Christians rationalize it.

I would also argue that deep evangelical support for Trump is an example of relativism. Trump claims to be Christian, is an adulterer, associated with known charlatans “preachers”. Many of these Christians more than support him, but border on idolization.
