2 tier justice: Santos gets max sentence. Would a democrat?

Santos deserves to go to jail. he got 7 years, max sentence.
Put a D after Santos name, same behavior, my bet is the NYC judge gives him half the time to start, choice of jail, and Santos has a job at an NGO when he gets out.
We've seen that happen in Minnesota. dem state worker scratches 6 tesla's , 20 K damage, gets pretrial diversion.
19yr old girl scratches boyfriends car up? Felony count.
