To the North End Zone. Even the tunnel

There should be no excuses not to be able to work on it. They don't have to work on home game days if they don't want the distraction but other than moving equipment in and out of that huge area, there should be no down time. And that doesn't happen often enough that they can't coordinate it on weekdays.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
