Trump can’t hold a consistent position on tariffs. You tards justify it as the Art of the Deal.
The reality is businesses are going to sit on the sidelines. They will not spend billions to move manufacturing when the tariffs can be pulled on the whims of Trump making any investment wasted money.
Same with basic research. They aren’t going to start picking up the tab tossing money into research that may or may not ultimately be profitable when again, they can just wait out Trump.
The next President will roll back Trump’s failures.
