All leaders of countries should be looking out first and foremost for their own countries. And they are secular leaders, not religious ones. It is why many faithful men such as Joseph, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (and others) not only worked hard for leaders with whom they had profound spiritual differences, but God richly blessed their efforts and blessed even the pagan kingdoms in which they toiled.
