it's all part of the Curators of the University of Missouri, which is a state entity and not subject to taxes. The only way that can change is if the AD is spun off and no longer under university or state control. Not gonna happen, because then they would have to pay rent for using state-owned facilties and that would be very expensive.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
