I could see this coming from a mile away.

Also - even if you have a CBA with a salary cap how do you enforce it, and keep teams from paying under the table over the salary cap.

The only way it works in the pros is extreme penalties for violating it. It would need to be something crazy like if caught then the school gets a 10 year ban from post season play which would basically be the death penatly.

Who is going to keep on eye on 350 college teams? The NCAA has aleady been proven to be corrupt so that's not going to work.

The toothpaste is out of the tube, and you can't put it back. It is what it is now.
