Claimed marriage to her father
Said 4 units, not 5 (to get a lower rate)
and that property was her primary residence (in virginia) while being the NY attorney general.


I suspect if charged , where the case is held will matter greatly. NY or virginia, she'll count on having a liberal jury member hold out .
