Would be appreciated if you would refrain from continuing down this path. As I recall there were liability issues that Nick did not want to deal with from said party and thus as a cautionary hedge asked for such content to be removed going forward

It is obviously a specific and unique carve out so while I can’t knowledgeably articulate because I don’t recall the details, I doubt it was decided baselessly
