wrong (As usual) you decided to switch your argument to a song and dance.

García had representation in the immigration court proceedings just as he has representation now. The representation he has now was not provided to him free of charge and paid for by the taxpayers. Your argument is ignorant.

A lawyer is provided free of charge in criminal cases only. And only if the defendant is unable to pay. García was far from indigent.
