can be appealed to a judicial court. Because a judicial court can toss out their rulings if they can’t prove with judiciary evidence someone is here illegally.
Just like lawyers will say to never submit to field sobriety tests. An administrative court will suspend your drivers license for a year, but a judicial court will throw out the administrative court ruling if the prosecutor can’t prove you were actually driving drunk.
