concession stands early

Took JoebooJr to a game at the K last year. Kid loves popcorn so bought him a refillable bucket of popcorn. He had drained it by the 5th inning, and when I went back to get it refilled that concession stand was closed.

WTF? If its refillable then you should probably let us know that it ends barely halfway through the game
