obliquely that our government must FACILITATE his return.
This strikes me as cowardice by the scotus. These are educated people...for example all but one know what a woman is.... and they had the entire dictionary at their disposal to write the decision.
SCOTUS wanted to make a ruling without making a decision. I smell john roberts.
SCOTUS rulings are supposed to be dispositive even if applied narrowly to the very specific case before them.
Anyone think this is "clear"?
If i knew what facilitate meant, i say either that trump better bring that animal back to maryland, or the marxists should take the L, change the subject and attack someplace else.
I was outraged when republicans ignored biden's ignoring of the scotus rule re cancelling student debt.
Now some of you, the ones who let your partisanship cloud your thinking (mostly lefties and trump haters) will say it's clear that trump has been ordered to bring the animal back.
Others will say the ruling is clear and trump is not responsible for the ultimate final residence of the animal.
Both sides and border collies are a lot smarter than me, because i have no friggin idea what this means.
What is clearly black to one side is clearly white to the other.
