Putting isn't as critical as you'd think in a lot of these events, especially this one. Strokes gained tee to green had a significantly higher correlation to success than I would have expected.

Of the top 10 guys in strokes gained putting, only 2 finished in the top 10 and a few didn't make the cut. Rory literally lost strokes to the field on the greens.
