Until he hit is wall in February. I suspect we see the same thing next season where the team is very with Mitchell/Pierce or Mitchell/Porter or Mitchell/Burns. But they will still need someone to fill the Gray role/minutes.

If Gates can unlock anything more than that from Phillips it will be impressive.
