It has an outdoor rink/concert venue and three indoor rinks with one that the blues practice on that can hold 2500 people.
The price of the entire facility was so high that it went bankrupt. (close to $100million I think) It is still owned by a bank in Oklahoma I believe.
The Blues sponsor's sold the bill of goods. You can't break even if the ice costs more than $3million per sheet.
They ultimately made that rink hoping the taxpayers would bail it out and they still might.
Point being is that any minor league hockey will never pay for the costs of the facilities. Even Maryville Hockey center in Chesterfield has several colleges, high schools and the Falcon club teams and it barely breaks even. It cost $20 million and one of the two rinks seats 2000
I'd guess a 5000 seat ice rink on it's own would be close to $150K now. Either everyone agrees it is needed and pays taxes towards it, or use existing infrastructure
