because many other taxes are regressive, and it basically ignores that.

Not that I care, but when I talk taxation, I think the talk should be all of taxation, not just certain ones.

Even with all of that, our government takes far too much time discussing and making the tax policy very complicated, and very little time talking about spending, where the real problems are.
