jobs were going to replacements in India. Half of them were back working in less than 2 weeks because their replacements were clueless. Those called back didn’t have the option of saying no if they wanted to maintain severance.

They are all gone again. The India team still sucks, waiting 6-8 weeks to get any work done. We are automating them away over the next few months.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
