DC. I doubt that many run for Congress with the intention of getting rich from it. I also suspect that very few first or even second-termers have had the opportunity to really get into the DC grift.

You may be correct that there are more Dems doing it but I think that may be because there are more long term Dems in DC than there are Pubs.
