difference. This is attributed to Alfred Korzybski, a Polish-American philosopher, and it essentially means that if a change doesn't lead to any noticeable outcome, it's not a real difference.

Relative to Trump, this is the democrat's view of the world. As you said, Trump has indeed figured it out.
