Yet again, another govt program thieves steal from.
why? Because they can, it's easy, and little risk of getting caught.
My favorite? College's depend on the feds to find the fake students at their colleges. So it's trump's fault now. WTF? The colleges are signing up the thieves, they should be held responsible.
What a great scam college is. You don't owe the students a job, it's not your fault if they are fake, all you have to do is take feds money and bloat your staff.
