Is China the only nation the US may have legitimate issues with in trade, foreign policy, currency manipulation, human rights, terrorism, immigration?

Not saying this is the right, best, even effective approach to resolving the above, but I don't understand the idea that China is the only country the US may take issue with.

Isn't China now being uniquely treated from a tariff perspective, as we speak, at this moment - aren't all the nations separately calcuated?
