That is before G&A expenses and doesn't include the cost to develop the phones. They hire a lot of highly paid engineers in Cupertino to design the phones. That's not included in the gross profit margin.

They aren't about to sell iPhones at a loss. The price will go up considerably if there is no change to the Trump tariffs.

That said, there will be a change.
