The full court appears to agree that deportees target under the AEA have a right to review/hearing before deportation.
NOTE: I continue to find it compelling and unanswered as to why this issue landed in the DC court of Boasberg, given this issue is in no manner related to DC - and which, yesterday, gave Roberts an avenue for justifying ruling against the TRO Boasberg issued.
Was he chosen or assigned randomly? If the former, lol. If the latter, wtf is wrong with the system that it can't recognize an issue which may be viewed as requiring a local ruling??? There's a reason the District Courts aren't all virtual and non-geographically based.
