You're allowing your simplification stand in place of a complex negotiation.

If a partner says they won't drop tariffs; he'll hold his tariffs there.

If a partner negotiates, great.

This isn't rocket surgery, Matt, but you're simply dead-set on making it impossible for there to be any plan, that to you, there, well, can't be.

You're entitled to your opinion and there's no changing it, so why discuss it further?
