So there is an opportunity to move up in conference even by only getting slightly weaker.
I think there are two keys to the offseason:
1. Replacing Bates leadership. He really set the culture and led the team, and most of our returning most talented players don’t seem well equipped to play that role.
2. Robinsons development or relinquishing of pg. He was playing outstanding in the first half of the season and totally proving me wrong when I said he wasn’t a pg. Then he took a total nosedive in the second half and the team followed. Ideally he is the man. But if he is not a real pg then we need to move him into a JT Tiller role sooner rather than later and let the other roles form under that premise.
