Fines are based upon your income, instead of a flat fee.
" 11 and 15 miles per hour over the speed limit will ordinarily receive $50 fees, but if they are “low-income,” they will pay $25, and if they are on “public assistance,” the fee will drop to $10."
So, does that mean rich dem donors can now hire a rotating crew of drivers on public dole? Speed with immunity?
Can't wait until they start doing this for criminal cases too.
Cuz we all know that's next.
