against tariffs, he could have announced that he was ending lumber tariffs and went to Canada to talk about complete tariff free trade.

Instead he lied about the scope of tariffs, purposefully kept silent on US tariffs in place on Canadian imports and told his voting base that Canada was ripping us off and that his “reciprocal” tariffs were half that of what Canada imposes, which was complete bullsh_t.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
