Edge. Assuming said individual is better then the talent she can recruit otherwise Given where her team is within the scope of WBB, assuming she has her pick of recruits I’m not sure that talent jump exists. I’m not sure how cohesive her team would be making that choice. But I don’t know that she doesn’t already use trans athletes if I’m being honest.
