They actually redirect those ambulances to the hospitals that are on their way to bankruptcy.

One by one they go under and then those patients are directed to the next sacrificial lamb. Just take a look at which hospitals have closed over the past 30+ years.

It is why none of the illegal aliens should be inside the US borders
