in the first place, thinks he can order the return of a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador.
He was ordered removed 2x. He claimed asylum only after he was ordered removed and even that asylum claim was years after legally allowed. but some dispstick liberal judge bought the story that his mom's pupusa shop was being threatened.
fast forward and neither her shop nor that gang exists anymore.
and the order only said he couldn't be sent to El Salvador. they could have sent him anywhere.
so slap their wrist. but good luck enforcing that.
he's not even locked up in El Salvador b/c of us. He's locked up b/c that's what El Salvador does to documented MS-13 gang members. The one's we are paying to have locked up there are a different gang from Venezuela.
