Log in stopped working, and couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. Apparently company deactivated all their previous accounts. But you couldn’t resign up with the same email account. Finally figured that out for the home opener. Was able to use my cable credentials and a seperate email to activate the new account. Was a huge pain in the ass.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
