The cuts in Trumps last "tax cut" went primarily to the rich, and were not paid for at all by cutting spending. It led to one of the pargest increases in the deficit in our nation's history. I'll believe he is for tax cuts for the middle class when I actually see it. Tariffs are essentially a large tax increase for the middle class.
