the trump won the past election on really only two issues.
#1) voter suppression , without which he could not have won
#2) his promise that on day 1 he would lower prices

Here is the kicker:
35% of voters would have voted for the trump absolutely no matter what and no possible egregious action otherwise.
Maybe 5% of them actually believed his lies on the economy.
I don't question that at least the other 30% fully knew he was lying.
Another 51% of voters knew he was lying. As he does all the time. 81% of voters KNEW he was lying.
It was that other 14% of socialists who voted for the trump believing he would somehow magically lower prices for them. How that was to be accomplished was never explained since he never had a plan for that.

So a mere 14% of voters that listened to the lies brought on the disaster and darkness of the trumpnonsense era.
