saying he should have been verbally warned are head scratchers.

He is an adult, drunk or not he knows it is not acceptable to sexually assault a woman. He would have never remembered a verbal warning, I doubt he will forget this one.

There were two assaults in that video, not one. The second may have been excessive but I have no problem saying it was justified.
