mending relationships with our allies. That's about it. His border policy was a massive failure. He supported spending bills that resulted in debt/deficit that even surpassed the big spending Trump. His fiscal policies were a disaster.
He was never a smart person, but by the time he took office his best years were way behind him. He was a terrible president.
