it really pertains to. One would have to be an absolute idiot to get in cart trouble there. An unreal course though. Best time to play is May before it gets too hot. Rates drop significantly. If you play it I highly recommend finding it on an old version of Tiger Woods. I believe they had it on 2012. It was incredibly accurate especially the greens. Helped a lot.
