I think that is where that water park was built. Woodlands

Never saw a horse track in KC, there were two in STL over the years, one still in operation which I go to maybe once a year as a novelty

There was a dog track in West Memphis in even up to a few years ago that I had been to a handful of times over the years but I think it is just a casino now.
