to get on these federal grant gravy trains that metastasized during the biden regime. Was there an application or competitive bid process? Did the government issue public appeals for NGOs to apply for funds? Were the notifications conducted privately? Is there a paper or IT trail between the biden regime and the NGOs? How was the process in executing these funding decisions? I hope the Trump DOJ takes a close look as these processes.
