was granted a series of temporary allowances to stay in the United States.

He claimed he would be a victim of rival gangs in El Salvador. If that is true and accurate, it would seem to me that whether he was an MS 13 gang member or not, the judge who issued those permissions Must be respected.

I need to know more, but what I know now suggests strongly that this should not have been done. I am aware of no crimes he has committed while in the United States. I'm not suggesting he was an innocent, hard-working person who just wanted to make a better life for his family, but in my opinion it all hinges on the valid and in place order that the judge issued.
