it paved the way for people to just outright lie or make up whatever they wanted to in many cases.

I do think the screaming and yelling back and forth stuff that's always on ESPN hasn't been around for 45 years or the amount of screaming and yelling has increased over the years. I don't see many Roy Firestone shows on ESPN anymore.

The guy i've never been able to stomach is Jim Rome.
