I would have used him when we were pressing or trapping half court to try to use his jumping ability on defense, but when you're on offense he's a liability, so I would have sat him like Gates started doing. If Gray was more of an offensive threat you could have played them together some, but if you have Gray & Shaw in at the same time that means you have little to no post offense.
