Lady was putting the finishing touches on.
She asked me if I wanted cheese, lettuce, salsa, etc.

I said I want everything except guacamole

She says, “guacamole cost extra”

OK, give me everything except guacamole

“Guacamole cost extra“

I don’t want guacamole, give me the other stuff

“Guacamole cost extra”

I’ll have medium salsa, and pico, and sour cream, and cheese, and lettuce.

“Ok”
