was playing between throwing him batting practice and i was the team batting practice guy i was probably throwing 1k plus pitches a week if not more for like 5 years in a row. My arm was about to fall off and i was just throwing from maybe 45 feet and trying to get maybe 50 mph on pitches to replicate game speed. As they got older and i had to throw it harder it got worse.
