to all return with a normal development improvement
and then hit the portal for 2 stud wings and possibly a Center.
A lot of you bltch about a lot of our players, but there is high level talent there and all the available info shows that continuity is VERY valuable. Yes, you gotta hit the portal, but large numbers in the portal every year is not the answer, and 1-year guys is not really the answer. The best teams have some portal guys that are in year 2 or even 3 at their new school. See: Grill & Bates
Running off multiple guys beyond Shaw and looking for 5 or 6 transfers is not the recipe for success. Developing good young talent and getting 2-3 portal guys is the answer.
